Came out to call for a major condensation issue. Customer has a water leak coming from the furnace closet. After inspection I found the condensation line is ran into a 3/4 copper line and it is plugged up. Customer already tried to clean it out and said there was a lot of build up in it. Told customer they have a couple options. They can have a plumber out to try and clear the line, or run a condensation pump with a new water line and run it into the washer drain. Customer opted to do the condensation pump. We will be out Monday to install it. Came out to install the new condensation pump. Disconnected old pvc drain line and capped it. Ran the new pump line into the attic and across into the washer drain inlet. Wired in the condensation pump and ran the drain line to it. Tested pump to ensure everything was working. System is draining properly.
