I arrived for a silver ac pm X2. I spoke with the homeowner and found no issues with the systems operation. I inspected the indoor systems located in the attic and found all electrical components to be worked per manufacture specifications. I inspect the condensers and found the coils to be stopped up. I cleaned both condensers coils out and checked the electrical components in the systems. I found the contactor on the upstairs system to start to blacken and pit. I also found this system to be running low on R-22. I suggested to have the system charged to get the system in properly working order. We decided to charge the system at this time. I added 11oz or refegerant to get this system. I found no major issues with the downstairs system at this time.
