Spring Silver AC tune up visit on 2015 Carrier split system. Wash condenser thoroughly. Asked about filters and customer recently had them changed. Checked dual capacitor, and the compressor side is reading a little weak. Rated 45mfd reading 42.13 mfd. checked blower motor and evap coil. Recommend a pan treatment to help ensure proper water condensation flow. Checked drain pan, float switch and ensured system can make and drain water properly to drain. Verified that surge protector on furnace is working properly. Check outdoor delta t, refrigerant pressures, amp draws and volts. System operating well at this time. Talked about pan treatment and capacitor and customer declined at this time. Spoke with customer about our duct cleaning services, advanced filters and air cleaners and left some brochures behind to read up on getting better inside air quality.
