Silver club spring ac tune up. Carrier coil and furnace, Goodman condensing unit. Asked about hot and cold spots. Washed condenser thoroughly. Checked dual capacitor and hard start kit. Both surge protectors working well. System charged with R22. Checked blower assembly and evap coil. Checked condensate line and float switch. Asked about hot water tank and if it needed to be drained. Cycled system on and checked amps, contactor, volts and refrigerant pressure via sub cool also checked outdoor delta t. System operating great at this time! After going over our services, customer would like to have us out to do the hot water tank flush and the dryer vent cleaning (Side discharge) with the next fall tune up.
