I arrived for a non member no cool call. I first inspected the indoor system and found the low voltage fuse to have been blown. I inspected the condenser and found the thermostat wire to have been shorted on the lineset. I recommend to replace a section of wire and to replace the low voltage fuse. The homeowners agreed to the repair and we decided to sign up on a blue club plan. I cleaned the condenser and checked all electrical components and amp draws. I found no further issues at this time.
