Came out to call. Customer said newer Carrier system wasn’t cooling. Outside unit wasn’t coming on properly. I checked system over and found the capacitor out of tolerance. Discussed with customer about repair needed and pricing. I explained what may have caused the issue with it being in an I closed area on the hottest side of the house. Routine maintenance will help keep system running like it should. Customer had me replace capacitor. He already rinsed his condenser out. Checked amps of system and temperatures. System is cooling properly within manufactured specifications at this time.
