I came out to call. Customer said they are selling the house and the buyers had an inspector out to inspect the house. He wrote several things down. I went over each listing to verify any problems. I washed the condenser coil thoroughly. System is operating at a 17 degree subcooling and suggests 15, which has a 3 degree swing. The air leak by the condensation line has been filled with silicone. Delta T air temps are averaging 10-11 on farthest runs and 12-13 on the closer runs. The air vents closest to the furnace closet are going to have cooler air than some of the longer runs, but the system overall is cooling and operating properly within manufactured specifications.
