I arrive for a blue member ac pm. I first spoke with the homeowner and and found one issue with one bedroom not keeping a good temp. They are also having troubles with the thermostats keeping there set temperatures. I inspected the system and found the two story home to be on a two zone controlled system. I check the electrical dampers and found them to be 45 deg dampers. I also found the that the systems dose not have a bypass dampers on the system. When the upstart thermostat satisfies the dampers close to the 45 deg mark. This is still letting air into the upstairs rooms when the thermostat satisfies and this is putting the air temperature below the set point. I recommended to have both 45 deg dampened replaced with 90 deg damper and to have a bypass damper installed to help correct this issue. I checked the system performance and found the temperature drop across the the evaporator coil to be 14.8 deg. I also found the the systems to be running at 11 deg subcooling and the systems
