New property, silver club furnace tune up on new home system built last June 2020. Spoke with customer about concerns about air quality in home. Inspected 4†filter system and showed customer how to change it by gently prying with a screwdriver. Went over details of system air flow and options to help airflow issues to front bedroom and master bedroom, also noted fresh air intake duct and the pros and cons of the fresh air intake system. The ductwork looks to be sealed very well at this time, and the returns and fresh air intake may need to be cleaned periodically. Spoke with customer about our White and Red Shield plans, which come with complimentary duct cleanings every 3 years. Checked flue, evaporator coil, duct work, filter and blower. Checked wiring, hoses and cleaned flame sensor. Checked gas pressure, carbon monoxide levels and delta temperatures. Checked electrical and heat rise. System is working well at this time.
