Came out to call. Customer has a 90% furnace. I discussed with customer about having a space heater thaw out the unit until this weekend. Told customer we will come back out once it thaws if it doesn’t work at that time. Jake Kring 02-22-2021. I arrived for a no heat silver member. I first spoke with the homeowner and they instructed that both thermostats are calling for heat and their zone control says the heat is running. I inspected the system located in the attic and found that the furnace is losing power from the drain safety on the humidifier side. I then blew the drain line out with nitrogen and found that the drains the furnace, humidifier and air conditioner is clear with no obstructions. I then vacuumed the water out of the drain pan and disassembled the humidifier and checked it’s operation. I ran the humidifier with the heater and found that the drain on the humidifier is working properly with no issues. I then explained that the drain line froze up and the hot water f
