2 system white shield plan AC tune ups. Spoke with customer and north system is not cooling at this time. After inspecting units in attic and at condensers, found the 24v thermostat wire on north side to be deteriorated and shorting out, also found capacitor on fan side nearly depleted and on compressor side completely depleted. Went over options with customer and decided to put in hard start kits on both units, install new capacitor and fix 24 v wiring in north unit. Washed condensers thoroughly, changed filters included with plans, checked furnace blowers, evaporators, drains and flue. Checked amps on blowers. Checked, changed capacitor in condenser. Cleaned access ports, checked refrigerant charge and electrical. Both systems working great at this time. Did not have hard start kits in stock at this time, will return ASAP to install both of them. Adjusted discount to reflect 15% off for White shield plan Returned 6/15/21 and installed both hard start kits. Tested and verified proper
