Ray F. 7/29/22. Arrived to a non club ac tune up and the customer met me in the driveway. I introduced myself and he showed me where the equipment was located. I inspected the blower motor, wheel and housing and found it to be clean with the wheel in alignment. Blower motor amps and capacitor are ok. Evaporator coil is clean and free of any obstructions. Condensate drain line is clear. Wiring is in good condition. Inspected condenser and found the refrigerant charge to be normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are ok. Recommend surge protection for the system to protect from power surges. Temperature differential is 21 degrees. Cleaned condenser coils. Recommend routine preventative maintenance. System cooling properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
