31JUL2022 Jason B Arrived for new customer no cool. Spoke with owner about the issue, they had a guy out who said one just needs refrigerant and the other was shut off at the disconnect. However, neither system is working presently. Currently it’s raining and both systems are on the roof I cannot access them safely. We will call Monday morning and schedule an appointment. This needs to take priority as they cannot open the store until it is fixed. Jake Kring. Aug 01 22. I arrived to inspect a system for repairs. I found the blower motor on the American standard system to have locked up due to the blower wheel coming apart and warping the motor brackets. I made this aware to the tenants and the owner and made it aware that I would have to get the OEM factory parts due to the way this system was assembled. They wanted the parts to be overnighted and not waiting for the standard shipping. I ordered the parts and had them overnighted per the customer request. I will return as soon as I c
