Performed preventative maintenance on AC system. Inspected filters, blower assembly, motor, capacitor, electrical components, evaporator coil, drain and overall condition of equipment in closet area. Blower motor was replaced recently, and was operating properly. Made sure all the wiring was connected. Washed the condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected the condenser coil, capacitor, contactor, compressor, fan motor and operation of outside system. Checked thermostat operation, wiring, amps, temperatures and pressures of AC. System is cooling properly within manufactured specifications at this time. Gave new homeowner information on maintenance plan, seeing she didn’t have an AC system in the previous state she lived in. Recommended plan to help her out with upkeep of the system and filters.
