Ray F 8/3/22. Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer met me in the driveway. I introduced myself and asked what ac issues he was having. He informed me that the ac was blowing warm air and showed me where the equipment was located. We inspected the condenser and found the compressor inoperable. The condenser fan motor was running. The 45/10 mfd dual run capacitor was reading 0/9.8. With customer authorization, we replaced the run capacitor and inspected the system operations. The refrigerant levels are normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. Condenser coils were very dirty. Cleaned coils. Recommend routine preventative maintenance on the system. Offered our program, but the customer is selling the home. System is cooling properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
