Ray F 8/4/22 Arrived to a silver club member ac tune up and the customer met me at the driveway. I introduced myself and asked how his air conditioner has been working this season. He stated it has been working pretty well and showed me where the equipment was located. We inspected the furnace and evaporator coil and found the blower motor, wheel and housing to be clean. Blower motor amps and capacitor are ok. Wiring is in good condition. Temperature differential is 21 degrees. Return of 75 and supply of 54 degrees. The evaporator coil is clean and in good condition. Condensate drain line is draining properly. Inspected the condenser and found the coils to be dirty. The refrigerant levels are normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. 45/5 run capacitor is at 14.5/4.8. With customer authorization, I replaced the run capacitor. Cleaned condenser coils. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. System is working properly at this time. Thank you fo
