Inspect home for duct cleaning. Spoke with tenant, and main issue was in the last several weeks the house had gotten very dusty and it was difficult to breathe. After investigating further I believe the issue was some workers had been in the attic to do some work on a shower installation, and had disturbed the insulation in the attic. The fine insulation particles were getting through large joints at the supply boot elbows and giving the tenant that gritty itchy feeling that they were dealing with. Recommend a level one cleaning on ductwork, seal those joints, clean supply vents and grills, wipe away loose popcorn texture, and spray and disinfectant spray. Went over details with homeowner and she approved recommended cleaning. Lea drop sheets were necessary, removed vents and grills. Cleaned out popcorn texture overspray in supply boots as best as possible. Sealed open joints at supply boot elbows. Duck cleaned Supplies with 3 to 4 passes each. Duck clean return cavity.
