On August 12, 2021 I ride to a silver club member for a spring tuneup upon arrival I greeted the customer and asked him to show me around went to the thermostat turn the unit on Wiles turn the thermostat on the customer stated that there was a vibration sound or a rattle so I sit there and listen and found that the picture on the wall was vibrating made adjustments to the picture and stop making noise I then went to the furnace and opened it up check the blower wheel it is clean check the motor did amp draws unit was pulling 4.5 A I checked the capacitor 10 µF reading 10 µF after which I open the evaporator coil checked it it was clean then I went to the condensing unit I checked the capacitors 70 µF reading 69.9 µF and a 10 µF reading 9.9 µF I then did amp draws on the compressor 13.5 A fan motor had 3.6 A I disassembled the unit washed it reassembled ran until it dried check the charge and the unit had 9° Superheat everything is working properly at this time thank you for your
