Came out to call to discuss with customer about systems performance. Customer notices a difference in the rooms as far as air flow goes, but the master bedroom still struggles to stay comfortable at night. Customer keeps the door closed at night and has 2 dogs in there as well. Told customer that we would add a small return in the master bedroom, and a scoop in the plenum to help move the air more fluidly. We will come back Tuesday to make the adjustments. Added return in Master bedroom to draw air when the door is closed. Air will now be circulated when they close the door at night.
