On September 9, 2021 arrive to a new customer nonmember upon arrival I agree to the customer they stated that the indoor unit is blowing with the outdoor units not doing anything so I went to the thermostat make sure it was running I heard the blower going went to the condensing unit contactor is pulled in there was no voltage going to the unit pull the disconnect checked the fuses they were good check voltage at the disconnect no voltage went to the breaker the breaker was tripped and then reset the breaker went to the condensing unit check the compressor did continuity from the compressor windings to ground compressor windings to compressor windings and ohmed it as well When all those tested good I did amp drawls on the compressor as it was firing out compressor was pulling 14 hours upon fire up but the fan motor did not do anything checked capacitor 50/7.5=37/0 Change the capacitor the fan started up did amp draws on the fan motor and it’s pulling 2.3 amp Everything’s working pr
