03JAN2022 Jason B Arrived for continued smell issue. Spoke with Homeowners about how things have gone since washing the system out with bleach and water and adding a tee to refill ptrap. For awhile there was no smell, but it’s come back. Cycled system in cooling with doors off. No smell. As soon as I put the coil door on and the coil began defrosting the smell showed up. Spoke with customers about UV options. We decided to install a UVc light and to see how it goes. I will follow up with you guys here in a few days. Installed UV light inside coil delta plate. Sealed seams with gasket and routed wires internally to low voltage cabinet.
