Red shield plan Air Handler and Heat Pump tune up on 2016 Carrier all electric split system. Spoke with customer about IAQ issues from last visit, and they have had a significant improvement since adjustments were made. Left filters included with plan with customer, checked batteries in detectors. Checked drain line, float switches, pan treatment, evap coil, UVC lamp, dampers and blower. Checked outside unit control board, wiring and capacitor. Cycled system in emergency heat, heating and cooling modes. Measured heat rise, checked electrical and static pressures between each dampened zone. System is working great at this time! Found spot in line set insulation outside where a mouse was trying to get in, repatched the open slot. Went over more IAQ concerns wit customer, and they are interested in having a single polarized air cleaner installed with next ac tune up, left message to call ahead and double check with customer before scheduling so that we have it in stock for the tune up.
