I arrived for a new customer no heat call. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that the system will fire up but not stay on. I inspected the system and found the gas pressures to be extremely high and the flame sensor was completely corroded and had spots missing on the flame sensor. I showed the homeowner this issue and the heat stress on this system and I recommended to at least replace the flame sensor and see how the system operates. We agreed to replace the flame sensor and I checked the systems operation. I set the gas pressures to be within normally range for a propane set up and I found the system to not be producing y carbon monoxide at this time. Over this system is operating properly at this time.
