04-27-2020 I arrived for a free secondary opinion. I spoke with the homeowners and found that the systems line set has been cut and pressure tested with the evaporator coil still in the pressure test. I inspected the indoor and outdoor systems and found the line set and evaporator coil to not have any pressure in the coil. I recommend to let me re pressure the lineset and evaporator coil to check for leaks my self. The homeowners agreed. I pressure the evaporator coil and looked for a leak with a electronic leak detector and bird dog leak detector. I found the evaporator coil to be leaking on the front of the coil just behind the face plate in multiple spots. We decide to wait and check on the systems warranty in the morning and to get pricing on replacement the evaporator coil and reconnecting the system. As well as recharge the systems correctly. I am placed this call on hold untill I can contact the homeowner about repair options.
