I came out and inspected the ductwork. The trunk line is ran correctly and in place, from what I can see. Kianoosh needs to come out with the camera and inspect the whole run and quote a duct cleaning and boot replacement/sealing. This is a perfect house for our duct lining. Will have office call in the morning to schedule a time for us to come back out. 5/27/2020 Came out for video inspection of ductwork to get a proper diagnosis. After inspecting each boot and scoping down trunk lines as well as adjoining flex duct, found 1 mouse corpse inside flex duct and removed and reattached flex duct under house to remove it... went under home and found no tears in flex ductwork. Several boots do need to be retaped / repaired / sealed in order to optimize airflow. See attached estimate for work to be done.
