On August 16, 2021 I arrive to a silver club member for a spring tuneup upon arrival I greeted the customer then went to the thermostat to check thermostat operations I then went to the furnace did amp draw‘s on the blower motor a check to capacitor 10 µF Readington micro ferret I took a peek at the evaporator coil it was clean just had rust on it checked the drain and blew it out that’s good I then went to the condensing unit to check the capacitor 80 Dash five reading 80 Dash five Did amp draw’s on the compressor and condenser fan motor both are good flip the condenser fan motor checked it out check the bearings it is good to go check the charge unit had 5° of superheat I didn’t wash the condensing unit and put the disconnect back in tested system operations everything is working properly at this time thank you for your business Mike T
