I arrived for a non member no cool call. I inspected the system and found the compressor to be bypassing on high head pressures. I also found the condenser coils to be completely stopped up. I remove the frame of the condenser and cleaned the condenser coils free of any debris. I rechecked the systems refrigerant charge and found the head pressures to have dropped from 568 psi to 189 psi. And the super heat was runny at 30 deg out of 25 deg. This is in random or normal operation. I inspected the indoor system and found the evaporator coil to be clean and in fair condition. I inspected the block motor and found no issues. This system has no data plate and I guess this system to be around 20 years old. This system is running to the best of its abilities at this time.
