Came out to call for a furnace not heating properly. Customer stated that the heater isn’t coming on at all. I checked thermostat operation first and found it to be calling for the furnace to come on. I checked the furnace and found the inducer motor seized up and not allowing the sequence of operations to advance. I discussed with customer about repair needed and also about replacement of the furnace. Customer wanted to repair it and get it running. I picked up a new inducer motor and came back to install it. Unhooked existing inducer assembly and installed the new one. Wired in existing wiring and pressure switch to inducer tube. Cycled furnace on and checked all functions. Cleaned flame sensors and replaced the filter for customer.
