I arrived to bid a system for replacement. I inspected the system and found it to be a unmarked system. I found the house to be a 1500 sq ft home. I bid to replace the evaporator coil and the condenser with a 3 ton system with a 10 year parts warranty. The closet will fit a 17†upflow evaporator coil but we will have to transition from the top of the coil to the bottom of the plenum. There is enough room to slide a 17†coil in between the gas line and the water heater. We will ups the outdoor system and replace all electrical lines from the junction box on the home to the new disconnect and from the new disconnect to the condenser. We will also set the outdoor unit on legs to keep it off the ground and to code standards. We offer a 10% discount off the systems cost if payed in full upon completion or a 0% two year financing.
