The system will come with a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty with a Optional 10 year parts warranty with a purchase of a maintenance plan. The system will be a 16 seer air conditioner with a 80% gas furnace. We will remove all equipment and install the new system with the old line set. This system will come with a free T6 thermostat. We will also install any thermostat that you may provide in place of the T6 thermostat. I gave the homeowners a 10% off the systems cost or a option to finalize the system at 0% for two years. This price already has the 10% off included in the bid.
