Ductwork airflow issues. Spoke with customer, and recently remodeled baby room has not been getting the airflow they would like it to get. Inspected ductwork and found adjacent duct to the Plenum which is right outside the hall is completely sealed off and not allowing any airflow whatsoever. The room does have one more duct in it that has been sealed off to keep air from going directly on the baby. Went over options and customer opted to have a duct cut in to that space. Cut in 3 inch hole and bent damper into airflow two keep excessive air from coming into that short space into the bedroom. Attached 4 inch duct over cutting hole, sealed and replaced supply vent. Tested and verified airflow throughout the house. System has good airflow all over.
