Ray F 7/28/22. Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the tenant met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what ac problems she was having. She stated the ac would not keep up in the heat of the day. She showed me to the thermostat and I turned the temperature down from 76 to turn the air on. The system had cycled off. I inspected the blower motor and evaporator. Both are clean and in decent condition. The air filter was dirty. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Blower motor capacitor and amps are normal. Inspected condenser and found the contactor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. The capacitor is within the manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant charge is slightly low. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are normal. Unable to contact landlord. Added one (1) pound of 410a refrigerant. System cooling properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
