The technician that visited my house was professional and courteous. He took the time to throughly inspect and diagnose my current system. He was very polite and explained in detail and in layman's terms of what was going on. Never once did my ignorance deterr or discourage him. High quality individual and has earned his company a repeat customer. If this interaction was of any caliber of the work to be done, I'm not sure I would trust anyone else to do it. Finding an honest technician that simply wishes to help and make the end customer happy is an extremely rare occurrence during these times. Will certainly do business with them going forward based on this appointment.
