Came out to call. Customer said system wasn’t cooling properly and the outside unit wasn’t coming on at all. I checked system over and found the system had gone off on high pressure. System was in need of a thorough cleaning. I reset the high pressure switch and the fan motor wasn’t spinning. I checked the capacitor and found the fan side of capacitor reading .7/5. Discussed with customer about repair needed and maintenance. I replaced the capacitor and washed the condenser coil thoroughly for customer. Recommended maintenance on system. Customer will wait for now. System is cooling properly.
