I arrived for a no heat non member call. I first spoke with the tenants and found that one thermostat controls heat and the other controls the ac. The system is located on the roof top and the building has a 2-3’ stem wall. There is ice building on the stem wall and the building is flat on the front and sides. There is no safe place to properly set up a ladder due to the weather’s and building set up at this time. We are to come back when we have a break in the weather or have a extra service technicians to help set up a ladder and that is if only both technicians feel safe in doing so. I arrived to inspect a package unit located on the roof top. I found the blower relay to have been burnt and the heater relay to have been burnt. I replaced both relays and cycling the system on. I also found the blower motor to be leaking oil and running high amps. I also found just above every wire in the system to start to corroded. This causes the system to not supply power to all components a
