Blue shield fall service in 2011 Lennox 90% gas furnace. Spoke with customer about filters, thermostat controls and how system has kepnhome warm especially during recent snow storm. Everything has been working well for them. Checked inducer, hoses burners and flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked blower, and blower capacitor. Capacitor is reading low at 3.2/5 mfd. checked return ductwork and heat exchangers from below. Cycled system on and checked gas pressure, adjusting to 3.5 w.c, replaced gas caps. Checked amps and electrical. Blower starting amps reading high likely due to strain from weakened capacitor. Blower running amps look to be in range at this time. Checked heat rise and delta t. Other than weakened capacitor and blower starting amps, system is running within manufacturer specs at this time. Left 2-14 x 30 and 1 14x14 filter included with blue shield plan with customer. Customer wants to wait till next summer service to have blower capacitor replaced. Also wants to l
