2-22-2021 duct cleaning inspection, building has 3 split systems and has had some add on work done. Some vents are commercial and some are residential. Inspected blower motors and evaporator coils, and Armstrong Air unit could use a cleaning, Carrier units are doing well at this point. Ducts are due for a cleaning after inspection, will have to use a combination of negative pressure and contact cleaning equipment to clean properly. Noted that commercial smoke detectors are situated at the base of the returns, so will only be able to clean that far which is 95% of the duct run. Left estimate to do cleaning in ducts and clean Armstrong air coil and blower in place. Returned 2-26-2021 for dental office duct cleaning project. Layed drop sheets carefully over any and all surfaces that might be contaminated by cleaning. Removed all accessible return and supply grills and vents and cleaned with spinning brush and disinfectant wipes. Used negative pressure machine to clean commercial ductwork
