Came out to call. Customer stated that the upstairs system wasn’t coming on properly and was getting hot up there. I was out about 3 weeks ago and did the full service on both of her units. The upstairs unit is coming on, but the fan motor wasn’t spinning. I checked the capacitor and found it depleted and not holding a charge. Customer is a gold club member, and the part is still under warranty, so I didn’t charge her labor either do to it being covered under her plan. System is running properly now.
