On June 16, 2021 arrive to a Blue Shield customer for a no cool we’re not cooling well upon arrival agree to the customer stated that during the day gets up in the high 70s in the house I then went outside to the condenser and had him turn it on we’re in the condenser for a few minutes check the suction line it was warm I informed the customer that I need to check the charge more in depth recommended adding refrigerant after checking the charge customer stated to go ahead and do it I added 2.4 pounds of 410 A to unit customer declined leak test I then got my sub cooling factor to9° data plate was gone everything is working properly at this time thank you for your business Mike
