Job Checkin

14OCT2021 Jason B Arrived for for fall tune up. Spoke with Terry about the systems performance, the furnace has not been ran this season and this is a new home and still within builder warranty period. Cycled system on at thermostat then disconnect power at furnace. Inspect blower compartment motor, coil, and heat exchanger. Reinstall blower pull and clean flame sensor. Test all pressure switches, then reconnect power. Cycle system on in heating. Adjust gas pressure to 3.5 IWC. Inspect HSI, burners, and all safeties. Check amp draws, inducer, gas manifold, temperature split, and CO Levels. System is running properly at this time. Checked filter, ductwork, return and supply plenum. 1600rcfm 1990scfm This furnace is designed to move 2000 cfm of air, I recommend increasing some of the return ductwork to accommodate the designed load and reduce stress on the blower motor. This is a brand new system and the ideal time to address this.
