Ray F 8/3/22 Arrived to a previous customer no cool service call and the customer met me at the garage. I introduced myself and he showed me the pvc drain line in the garage is leaking water. I entered the attic and found the emergency drain pan to be full of water and the primary condensate drain line is clogged. Evaporator coil is in poor condition, very rusted. Quoted customer pricing to repair and he authorized. I cut and cleared the primary drain line with nitrogen. Cleaned all water from the emergency drain pan. Coupled drain line back together and checked system operations. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. Refrigerant levels are normal. Contactor, capacitor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Condenser coils have been cleaned by the customer and he recently replaced the air filters. Return and supply at 74 and 54 degrees. System cooling properly at this time. Recommend routine preventative maintenance on the system. Thank you for your business.
