Came out to call for a customer concern that the unit isn’t keeping up like it’s supposed to. When I checked the system over I found the thermostat set for 72 and the temperature in the home registering 72. Checked system amps, temperatures and pressures on outside system. Unit was running properly and had correct charge. System was operating at a 13 degree subcooling. Let customer know that the unit is running properly. System was a flip and the attic could use more ventilation and insulation. If customer feels like she is still having issues, I told her to contact us about doing an air balancing.
