Ray F 8/8/22 Arrived to a previous customer no cool service call and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what ac issues they were having. They informed me that the power had gone out recently and the air conditioner was blowing warm air, but it had started blowing cold again. We inspected the air conditioner outside and found the refrigerant levels normal. The coils are dirty. The contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. Capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Compressor and condenser fan motorcycle amps are normal. Cleaned the condenser coils with water. Inspected the furnace and evaporator. The emergency float switch is almost full of water. Quoted pricing for repairs to cut and clear pvc drain line. Customer is going to clean the condensate drain line himself. System is cooling at this time. Recommend routine preventative maintenance on the system. Thank you for your business.
