Ray F 8/8/2022. Arrived for a silver club member no cool call back and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and she informed me that the ac Was blowing warm air so she shut it off. She informed me where the equipment was located and I turned the ac on at the thermostat. We inspected the air conditioner and found the compressor on, but no fan motor. The 40/5 run capacitor reading 0/0. Quoted pricing for a new run capacitor and she authorized the repair. Installed new capacitor and checked system operations. Refrigerant levels are normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good conditioner. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are ok. We were just out on July 12th for a tune up, so no diagnostic fee is charged. System is cooling properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
