Will 8/10/22 made contact with customer and asked if had any concerns or issues. Customer stated that his outside unit is loud. Upon inspection I found that at some point the fan motor had been change, condenser fan motor mounting bracket was loose. I tightened the fan bracket. I washed condenser with water. Also performed an ac tune up. Condenser fan motor is running high amps and will eventually go out. I explained to customer that the fan motor outside would go out at some point. Customer did not want to replace condenser fan motor at this time. Explained to customer about our service agreements, customer wanted to go with our red option. Also talked to customer about replacing system. They will be discussing and seeing how to go about.
