Blue SPP AC tune up. Spoke with customer about filters and Home was cooling. Filters needed to be changed. Changed 2 14x30 filters included with blue SPP and washed out grills. Customer said there was a power outage a while ago and the condenser sounds strange since it occurred. Checked condenser and tested disconnect and fuses. Checked contactor and dual capacitor. Capacitor is reading weak in fan and compressor sides. Contactor has some loose wiring that may have come loose with a weak start due to capacitor. Tightened wirings and with customer permission replaced capacitor. Washed condenser and checked amp draws and refrigerant charge. Went in attic and tested evap coil drain line, float switch and delta T. Checked blower and blower amps as well. System is running within specs at This time and the sound that the customer is hearing that sounds like a car motor running down is the contactor points releasing.
