I arrived to inspect two systems for replacement. I spoke with the homeowner and we decided to leave both old line sets in place and re-armaflex the line sets. I inspected both systems and found the downstairs system to have a humidifier on this system. If both systems are purchasing together we will replace this humidifier at no cost. Both systems come with a optional 10 year labor warranty. Both systems will come with a fixed 10 year parts warranty. And a free one year labor warranty that will cover craftsmanship and all parts in both systems. Both new systems will be two stage heat and cool.
