Performed preventative maintenance on furnace for customer. Changed filters for customer. Inspected blower assembly, motor, electrical components, burners, flame sensor, ignition, gas valve, inducer motor and overall operation of equipment. System was installed in September of this year. I checked thermostat operation, wiring, amps, temperature rise and gas pressure. System is heating properly within manufactured specifications at this time. Customer wanted to have air of the rooms balanced again. After discussing with customer about ductwork situation, the more I adjust one room, another gets robbed of air due to the duct layout. I went over the other recommendation I had of redoing a few supplies and get rid of the duct Y’s for more control. Gave customer estimate. He will think about what he’s wants to do.
