Came out to call to replace the thermostat customer had. I was out a couple of days ago for the issue that the thermostat had to be set at 69 to reach desired temperature of 76 in home. Customer called OG&E and they no longer provide replacements for their thermostats. I discussed with customer about thermostats I had available and what would fit best in their home. Customer chose to have me install the Honeywell T6. I installed the thermostat using the existing base of the other stat to cover wall blemishes. Wired in thermostat accordingly, and went through the settings with customer and explained operation. When the thermostat was set, it was reading 76 in the home rather than the 69 degrees the other stat was reading. Customer is pleased with the new stat and how it operates. System will stay more consistent with temperatures now.
