01JUN2021 Jason B Arrived for non-club tune up on 4 Amana systems. Cycled systems on the thermostats, started with coil and blower cabinet inspections, all coils are clean. Blower cabinets clean and motors in good shape. No signs of oil. System # 2 blower capacitor is slightly low but still within specs the rest are in good shape. After verifying the integrity of the electrical components in the furnace I moved to the ACs. Inspected all electrical components and charge. Found systems 1 & 2 to be very dirty system 1’s capacitor was reading out of specs likely due to the condenser coils being clogged up. Changed all filters. After washing the condensers I cycled the systems back on. Everything is performing well at this time.
